The 2026 South-West Open and Allegro was held on 25th and 26th July, at the Margaret River Community Centre. The Open was a 6 round Swiss (60 minutes + 10 seconds per move) contested by 28 players over both days. The Allegro was a 9 round Swiss held on Saturday, with 13 players. A traditional Saturday evening dinner at Settlers' Tavern was enjoyed by many players and their families.
