The CAWA now has its own room (under Clubs and Federations) on the Playchess Server at chessbase.com (the home of Fritz) for W.A. players to meet and play. PlayChess not only allows you to play chess and chat with fellow players but also observe world class players in action (Main Room) or in tournaments (Broadcasts) as well as many other excellent features. If you click on the PlayChess banner above you can download the free chess server client. Once installed it allows you to play rated games for free for 30 days. After your trial period has expired you can only then play unrated games as a guest unless you decide to pay a small yearly fee online to PlayChess or alternately purchase Fritz which will give you a whole year on the PlayChess server.
